A decent price to go for a facial

It has been a while since I went to Herbaline for a facial. The cost for the facials are decent but as a business, they will entice customers to a continuous long term facials of once a week. For first timers, Herbaline will always have a promo price for the first session. Always consider before signing up for more sessions as you will need to spend a lot. In term of services, they are good at it and the ambient is very relaxing with slow background music and scent. On top of it they will give a little shoulder and arm massage. All in all, a professional service.

There's a difference between semananjung and east malaysia

The herbaline i went in west malaysia offers good service with clean environment, as for the one in east malaysia. The service was abit lousy and the environment was so packed with noise and dirty.

One of the recommended spa place

I have been visited the Herbaline at few branch but also having a good experience every time that I visited. I can enjoy fish spa and they would not force me to sign up any package. We can choose many type of facial according to our face needed. Students also can enjoy student price for it.

The moment my friend and me walk into the place, we are greeted with a warm welcome. The aroma throughout the place makes us immediately at ease. Herbaline offer tne of the best facial treatments I have ever had, it was so relaxing and the staff were super friendly. I walked out feeling amazing and my skin super hydrated!! Would highly recommend.

Great experience in kota kemuning outlet. I was so relax during the facial until i fall asleep. The environment is good and its relaxing.. Like the fish spa there.. Bought some products there and the price is affordable.

Herbaline Pandan Indah been the worst Herbaline I've been.

Worst Facial Saloon I've been to, my appointment is at 5pm, and i waited for half an hour till somebody come and attend to me. NVM that, during the facial treatment, facial therapist switch to another lady. Do I not deserve a quiet treatment than a few ladies coming in and out chatting away?! After the Facial Treatment, suppose I will get 10 mins at the Dr Fish Spa, but NO ! the lady cannot wait to sell me the products, when i decided not to buy any due to the poor service, she did not allow me to use the Dr Fish Spa.
