Urban Retreat prices higher than a popular competitor yet offers less in environment, ambience and facilities and services.
The masseuse ok but not great. We chose the 25 mins scrub + 90 mins massage package. But our massage did not last for 90 mins.
Overall slightly disappointed so would rate average for our visit.
