Boleh makan dgn roti or campurkan dgn salad. Recommended utk yg nak diet, better amik tuna in water nie. Tak perlu tambah ape2 lagi better. Tapi nk tambah black pepper blh la. Maybe harga mahal sikit tapi berbaloi
