A good quality blender should be able to turn the ingredients into smooth, creamy perfection, whether you\\\'re blending bananas and berries for smoothies or making a pitcher of frozen margaritas. This pretty blender claims to blend “even the toughest ingredients, from kale to almonds\\\'\\\' and the results definitely didn’t disappoint. It crushed ice into snow-like consistency, it creates bar-quality ice in a mater of minutes. It features easy-to-use presets for crushing ice, smoothies, and icy drinks. Plus, a little soap and water added to the self-clean cycle makes sure no food bits are left behind in hard-to-reach spots. There is a little “Start” button which is needed to be pressed to activate the blender which makes the design very sleek and although it is quite heavy, I find it to be very sturdy if you were to have a designated area for just putting the blender. The KitchenAid K400 blender is great for most uses and looks and feels durable enough for even professional environments. This bulky blender comes with a big 56 oz jar so you can make large quantities of smoothies or soups at a time. It\\\'s very versatile as it can blend both cold and hot liquids with 5 variable speeds to choose from. KitchenAid\\\'s K400 Blender features a unique asymmetric blade that blends at four distinct angles to pull contents into the blade. This allows the blender to blend ingredients finely without having to use as much electricity. Overall, I feel that this blender functions really well and you could whip up a banana smoothie every morning within a blink of an eye!
