Back to Basics (Yoga Fundamentals) | 2.30PM – 3.30PM on July 27
Master the natural rhythm of breathing that allows the alignment in postures and gain a sense of balance in life. Taught by Luis Gonzalez from Chile, a Yogi and expert in meditation who have conduct classes in Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Mexico, Australia and many more!
Silence and Stillness in Motion|6.00PM – 7.00PM on July 27
Learn the first 6 moves of WuHao Taiji (武郝太極) which is a combination of soft and firm movements designed to achieve self-control, balance and awareness through proper alignment of the body. Taught by Master Jimmy K. Wong from Beijing the 6th generation of the Wu Yu-Xiang Wu(Hao) Tai Chi System who have conducted healing arts classes in over 20 countries.
Drum Sound Healing| 4.15PM – 5.30PM on July 28
A combination of yoga, self-awareness, visualization and the Shamanic Drum sounds around a chosen theme of personal development to give participants a new perspective of yourself and techniques to maintain positive shifts you may experience. Taught by Varin Gill who mastered in energy healing, yoga, meditation and spiritual music and have since taught countless people in finding the calm and peace in life.
Self-Love & Yoga |11.00AM – 12.30PM on July 28
Learn to love ourselves by opening doors to higher self-esteem and confidence. Embracing yourself through yoga, breathing and meditation techniques and utilize the 5 senses with a touch of essential oil. Taught by Munira a wellness specialist based in Singapore. She usually focuses on helping women regain confidence and trust in themselves.
