According to Alan Thoo, Group Marketing Head, CITTA Mall is a very convenient option for those in the vicinity who do not want to travel far nor get stuck in the new year’s eve traffic. “Since we started this New Year’s eve party tradition two years ago, we have received positive feedback from our patrons who even requested the return of our highly entertaining and witty host, Baki Zainal. “It was a real pleasant surprise for the community to see the large fireworks display every year and it will certainly be amazing as well this year,” said Alan.

Last year’s crowd was hovering about 500 to 600 and this year, they expect to see about 1,000 visitors. Allison Chan, Senior Executive for Advertising & Promotions said that the restaurants at the mall will extend their opening hours till late. “So you’ll still get to enjoy your supper while being entertained by the stellar performances,” she said. Those wishing to avoid parking woes can opt to travel using the ride-hailing app, MULA.
