Affordable and yet commendable quality Air Purifier
After surveying and comparing specifications of all the Air Purifier brands out there, I decided to get the Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier 2 with activated carbon HEPA filter because it’s the cheapest with pretty impressive air purifying specs.I like how I can even control it and monitor the air quality of my home with my smartphone’s Mi Apps. Its filter is easy to clean or change. If you do not want to spend too much, this is a good one for a reasonable price. I bought mine on Lazada and it came with a Universal Plug converter which is great because it’s convenient and easily portable. The air quality in my home has improved within 3 weeks of using , it keeps the dust allergies at bay. Very suitable for apartments and condo. Works best in my study room,bedrooms(if air condition is switched on and windows are kept closed) , and small living hall and kitchen too (to get rid of pungent smell). It’s a little noisy once it is set to medium and high mode but I am fine with it as long as it is working efficiently it needs to clean the total room air volume about 3-5 times in an hour, you can pretty much set the timer for it to run daily at certain times even when you are not home. Filters usually need to be changed every 3 to 6 months if you use it often. But other than that, overall I still think it’s a good buy especially for smaller homes and if you have kids around. It is minimalist in design and lightweight , looks good anywhere in the house.
