Doesn't last long
It looks the same for the ladies version. It’s ok for short period. Really have to be careful not to drop it else some spring inside will be gone case and really cannot use already. It’s already my 2nd unit. Comes with a CD with demo on how to use it and some brief work out moves. But can easily find more shake weight video online.
After workout, can feel the ‘butterfly’ area of the arm muscle slightly sore, but just abit boring at times.
